Stottlemeyer 30/60 Mile Endurance Mountain Bike Race

Northwest Epic Series - RegistrationAfter a very successful inagural 2011 year, the Northwest Epic Series will be back on May 19th 2012, and like last year we will start off the season at Stottlemeyer on the Kitsap Peninsula!

Event info: Custom Logo'ed Awards 3 deep for each (30/60Mi) distance for Male Open, Men 40-49, Men 50+, Female Open, Female 40+, Singlespeed

Registration is limited to 400 riders total. It is expected to sell out, so register early to save a spot. Registration includes custom race swag, fully stocked aid stations (FRS, variety of Clif product, nuun, Fruit, PbnJ, Cookies, Crackers, etc.), post race grub, awards, a great, well marked race course and raffle from our great sponsors and much more! $5 of each entry will go diectly to the North Kitsap Trail Association (NKTA) that maintains the Trails at Stottlemeyer and many other parks. 2011 we were able to raise over $3500 for trail building and upkeep.

Northwest Epic Series - Registration

Registration fees are $60 for 30Mile and $80 for 60Mile. Registration fees include all processing fees, insurance, logo'ed swag, bibs, fully stocked aid stations, post race barbecue, awards, etc. $5 of each entry goes  diectly to the North Kitsap Trail Association (NKTA) that maintains the Trails at Stottlemeyer and many other parks.

See map, start/finish is located just 1/3 of a Mile South of Port Gamble on US-104.

Directions from Seattle:

1. Take I-5 North
2. Take Exit 177 for WA-104 W toward Edmonds
3. Turn right at WA-104 W/NE 205th St/Lake Ballinger Way
4. Continue to follow WA-104 W, follow signs for WA-104 W/Kingston Ferry
5. Take the WA-104 W/Kingston - Edmonds ferry to Kingston, Trip Time roughly 30 Minutes (Schedule) We recommend taking the 7.10AM or 7.50AM Ferry
6. Continue straight onto WA-104 W
7. Turn right at NE East 1st St, go 0.3 Miles
8. Turn right at WA-104 W, go 3.7 mi
9. Turn right to stay on WA-104 W, go 3.3 mi
10.Turn right onto Event Grounds

Directions From Portland:

1. Take I-5 north
2. Take exit 132 for S 38th St
3. Keep left at the fork and merge onto WA-16 W for 52.7 mi
4. Continue straight onto WA-104 E, go 0.4 mi
5. Turn left onto Event Grounds

Course Map

The 2011 course loop is posted on the right and you can click the image to enlarge. There will be two loops for the 30 miler and 4 loops for the 60 miler.  The 2012 course will be similar, with a few modifications to ensure the best racing experience!
